famiglia, il suo vino e l’entusiasmo di produrlo
Quella della cantina vinicola Bric Castelvej è
una storia di famiglia, una storia semplice fatta di valori e persone
che credono in ciò che fanno, mettono l’anima e la passione
in ogni bottiglia di vino prodotta. Tutto iniziò nel lontano
1956 quando Domenico Gallino, il fondatore, iniziò a vinificare
e produrre vino di ottima qualità. Tale impegno e passione,trova
continuità nella figlia Annamaria che, seguendo le orme del
padre, cura la parte gestionale e amministrativa dell’Azienda,
oltre che il meticoloso lavoro di cantina (in cui è aiutata
dal nipote Cristiano, bravo enologo); e nel genero Mario che, scrupolosamente
e con esperienza, gestisce tutto il lavoro in vigna, dalla cura
delle viti alla vendemmia ,con la preziosa collaborazione del figlio
Cristiano.
Una famiglia che oggi come allora, con grande soddisfazione e orgoglio
fa del proprio lavoro una filosofia di vita.
The history
of the Bric Castelvej Winery is also that of the Gallino family
- a simple family tale of traditional values and of people who do
what they love doing. This is why each bottle of their wine contains
some of the passion and 'amore' they've brought to the job. It all
began long ago, in 1956, when the winery's founder, Domenico Gallino,
began to make wine to an excellent standard. His daughter and son-in-law
have inherited Domenico's enthusiasm and run the Winery today, with
pride and satisfaction.
Die von dem Weinkeller Bric Castelvej ist eine Familiengeschichte, eine einfache Geschichte, aus Werte und Personen gemacht, die an was sie machen glauben. Sie geben ihr Letztes und Leidenschaft in jede hergestellte Weinflasche her. Alles begann in den fernen 1956, als Domenico Gallino, der Begründer, fingt an, einen ausgezeichneten Wein herzustellen. Diese Aufbietung und Leidenschaft sind jetzt von der Tochter Annamaria erweitert. Sie tritt in des Vaters Fußstapfen und verfolgt den Geschäfts- und Verwaltungsteil des Betriebs außer dem gewissenhaften Kellerarbeit (wo sie von dem Enkel Cristiano, erfahrenen Önologe, geholfen ist); und der gewissenhafte und erfahrene Schwiegersohn Mario fuhrt den Arbeit in dem Weinberg, von der Sorge der Weinreben zu der Weinlese, mit der wertvollen Zusammenarbeit des Sohns Cristiano.
Eine Familie, die, heute wie einmal, macht von ihrem Arbeit eine Lebensphilosophie mit großen Befriedigung und Stolz.
